Will Joseph

Throughout his career, Will has worked with a diverse group of investors and institutional investment groups and has raised over 400M in financing. A recipient of numerous Top Producer awards, Will ranks within the top ten agents in both transaction volume and sales volume. Since 2017, Will has accounted for roughly 400M in real estate transactions involving residential, multifamily and commercial real estate.

Will is a veteran agent and his financial background has helped clients build investment strategies for residential clients, and investment groups involving the acquisition and sale of a diverse mix of real estate assets from single family home purchases to high value income and commercial properties. Additionally, Will has represented many prominent investment groups and family trusts comprised of residential and commercial assets.

With a strong background in working with multi-member limited liability corporations and family trusts, Will helped clients develop strategies for their real estate portfolios.  Will possess a unique ability to provide an investment perspective to each client group, and has astrong track record in matching real estate investment strategies to each transaction. Will graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing and received his MBA from the Marshall School of Business. In 2017, Will was honored as recipient of the Strand Hill Christie's Ambassador Award.
